Grades of service Tooway

SATdsl-Tooway offers 4 service levels. From residential services to full professsional services: Basic, Bronze, Silver and Gold

All 4 Grades of Service have the same uplink and download speeds, but differentiate with the monthly data volume. In order to avoid missuse by some users a strict Fair Usage policy is in place. In case excessive download or upload is detected by a sliding time window, the speeds are reduced. The user is stricktly bound by the Acceptable usage policy which is part of the signed Service Agreement.
